　　黄金价格暴涨至25年新高 New way to buy gold fuels price rise

　　本月黄金价格大幅上涨至25年高点，其中部分上涨动力在于一些投资者买入了一种相对较新的黄金投资产品。这种产品改变了一度复杂的黄金买进方法，使之类似于股票买卖交易。

　　This month‘s surge in gold prices to a 25-year high has been partly fuelled by investors buying a relatively new type of gold investment， which has transformed the once complex way of buying the precious metal into a transaction similar to buying shares.

　　以黄金担保的交易所交易基金（Gold-backed Exchange Traded Funds）已囤积了429吨黄金，按当前价格计算，其价值已达180亿美元。ETF是一种追踪基本价格的投资基金。

　　Gold-backed Exchange Traded Funds， tracker funds that follow the underlying price， have accumulated 429 tonnes of gold， worth $18bn at current prices.

　　上述囤积的黄金中，近三分之二的数量是在过去三个月内新增的，当时金价涨幅已开始以25年来最快的步伐加速。

　　Almost two-thirds of this was added in the past three months， when the gold price increase has accelerated at its fastest pace in 25 years.
